Sobosyu was built in the temple from the 15th century to the 16th century and prospered greatly. This AMANOSAKE reproduced the recipe of the time, it is manufactured by Saijo Brewery of Kawachinagano-city. The characteristic of this alcohol is rich sweetness and sourness. This sake uses 90% polished rice Yamada Nishiki. The manufacturing method is 2dan-kake method. It is also characterized by very little addition of water.
